Accounts Assistant

Crossroads has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team on a six-month basis.

We are looking for someone with a high standard of accuracy and strong communication skills to assist with the smooth running of our Finance Department.

The role will include tasks such as basic inputting of invoices and data into our systems, filing, and shredding.

This role is for 16 hours per week, which will be worked over four days. 

The rate of pay for this role is £12.88 per hour.

Care Practitioner

Crossroads is looking for Care Practitioners to join our team.

We are looking for individuals who are friendly, professional and versatile to support people with care needs in a variety of settings including in our Day Services Centre, in our clients' own homes and out in the community.

Qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Applicants should be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle as clients can be based anywhere on Island.

Hours are dependent on the needs of our clients and may include early mornings, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

We have both full time and part time contracts available for this role, and the rate of pay is £11.78 per hour for a worker with no qualifications, £12.50 for a worker with a Level 2 qualification and £13.39 for a worker with a Level 3 qualification.

Residential Care Practitioner

Crossroads is looking for a Residential Care Practitioner to join our team.

We are looking for someone to support children with care needs overnight in either our clients’ homes or in other residential settings.

Qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Applicants should be able to drive and have access to their own car as clients can be based anywhere on Island.

This is a guaranteed hours per week role, and the rate of pay is £11.78 per hour for a worker with no qualifications, £12.50 for a worker with a Level 2 and £13.39 for a worker with a Level 3. There is also an additional overnight supplement for this role.
